FirstPointPrints Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

Overview

FirstPointPrints is an online poster and wall art shop. This policy explains how FirstPointPrints handles information related to this website, our Etsy shop, and our internal Pinterest publishing app.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@firstpointprints.com.

Information we collect

This website is informational and does not include account creation, checkout, or customer login features. If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and the information you choose to send.

Purchases are completed through Etsy. Etsy may collect order, shipping, payment, and account information according to Etsy’s own policies. FirstPointPrints receives the information Etsy makes available to sellers for fulfilling and supporting orders.

Pinterest app data

FirstPointPrints may use a Pinterest API app for internal business purposes. The app is used only with our own Pinterest business account to prepare and publish Pins for FirstPointPrints product listings.

The Pinterest app may access or use:

The app does not request access to Pinterest accounts belonging to outside users. It is not offered as a public service or multi-user application.

FirstPointPrints is not endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or affiliated with Pinterest. Pinterest is a third-party service used by FirstPointPrints to manage our own business presence on Pinterest.

How we use information

We use information to:

Data sharing and Pinterest data restrictions

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with service providers needed to operate the shop, such as Etsy, Pinterest, print production partners, hosting providers, and email providers. These services process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not resell, redistribute, license, or disclose Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to third parties. Pinterest-derived data is used only to operate FirstPointPrints’ internal Pinterest publishing workflow and maintain our own Pins, boards, links, and related business records.

Data retention and disconnection

Email messages may be retained as long as needed to respond to the request and maintain business records. Etsy order information is retained according to Etsy seller tools, legal, tax, and operational requirements.

Pinterest app data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to create Pins, maintain links to FirstPointPrints product listings, troubleshoot automation, and keep basic business records. Internal automation logs may be periodically deleted when no longer needed.

If the Pinterest account is disconnected from the FirstPointPrints app, we will stop using Pinterest API access for that account. Any locally stored Pinterest access tokens will be deleted or invalidated where possible. Pinterest-derived operational records, such as Pin identifiers, board identifiers, and automation logs, will be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for troubleshooting, legal, security, or ordinary business record purposes.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including limiting access to internal tools, using secure account credentials, and storing API credentials outside public website files. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information appropriate to the nature of the business.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask questions about information you have provided directly to FirstPointPrints. Etsy customers should also use Etsy’s account and order tools for requests related to Etsy account, payment, and order data.

To disconnect Pinterest API access, remove the FirstPointPrints app from your Pinterest account authorization settings or contact us at hello@firstpointprints.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
